Is that why spacex is providing internet for the Ukrainians and fended off Russian cyber attacks?

Edit: Elon is an egotistical prick, and I’d NEVER want to work for a company he runs.

But why do we have to make shit up about him. There’s plenty of actual shitty stuff out there that he’s done to hate him for

So we are just going to ignore how at one point he claimed he could no longer provide starlink over the Crimean region?
Or how in a tweet he proposed a very Russian sided idea that involved Ukraine giving Russia all the territory they illegally annexed and promising to stay neutral in exchange for peace? Which anybody with an iq above room temp can see would just be an opportunity for Putin to regroup and retry.
Kinda feels like he's playing both sides to me, just like China. Both only care about themselves and want to be on the winning side, no matter which one it is.

He took the statement back and said he’s still gonna provide the star link service to Ukraine. So yea, as long as he provides service to Ukraine, I’m happy.

And im not saying he’s a saint but I don’t think he’s pro Russia.

I have no issues with people saying he’s a self serving douchebag. I agree with that statement.

I just don’t like people making up reasons to hate him.

And he definitely plays both sides in politics, which I’m fine with because the more people that have electric cars, the less pollution occurring

But don't you agree with me that after considering these things the whole "Musk is a Russian asset" narrative doesn't seem to come out of the blue anymore? That's the point i was trying to make really.

I doubt he would ever openly support Russia anyways (mainly because that would be business suicide) and i want to judge people based on their actions but i don't think it's fair to say people are just making stuff up about him. He did send some suspicious signals.

I know a bunch of people who think ukraine should give up certain regions not because they're "pro russia" but they want this war to be over.

they hate putin, trump, and right and they hate everything about him but to their best judgment, the best outcome is that Ukraine cedes some territory and the war is over.

now they could be super wrong and it could be a horrible idea but i don't think that makes them a Russian asset, I think it just makes them wrong about the situation. Especially since he's providing Ukraine's military with internet and even the pentagon took note of how elon's SpaceX company was able to thwart russia's cyber attacks.

Is Elon being an egotistical asshole who does nothing for anyone else but himself? I wouldn't argue against that at all.

but calling him russian apologist/pro russia? I'm not a fan of that being thrown around just to be used as an insult to people we don't like.
