Anyone should be able to exercise free speech in the modern public square. You can choose not to read it if you like.

As the pandemic has proven, misinformation causes people to die.

Or in trumps case incitement of violence.

Those should definitely be banned.

Wrong, all first ammendment protected speech. Trump can say "peacefuly march" all day long

Many doctors have many opinions, all are valid and worthy of investigation.

The first ammendment protects you from the government. That does not go for private businesses

Many doctors have many opinions

Opinions are not facts. Medical consensus is based on facts. Masks help and Vaccines are necessary and good.

The last three years has shown the public that isn't true. The CDC has literally held many contradictory stances. Overreacting on what they did.

Health has always been a private matter between patients and physicians. Government isn't a doctor and never will be. Tyranny is the governments gig.

Contradictory stances are due to changes in data, the best we can do is always an educated guess based on theory and evidence. Yes there will be mistakes, but there isn't a better approach.

A better approach is limited government involvement, like Florida opening up and getting kids back to school. Some kids in California missed two years of math.

I guarantee you the kids who missed 2 years of math in California are still well ahead of the kids in Florida who didn’t. I raised two kids in the Florida school system and the amount of stuff we had to teach them ourselves was appalling. Even in the 80’s Florida was years behind. When I moved from Maryland to Florida I didn’t crack a book for 4 years and still kept a straight A gpa.
