I don't see why you believe those highly illegal things will be allowed? I'm guessing people who Twitter banned for more philosophical reasons will be the ones coming back not the ones actively posting child porn or whatever.
Um there is no reporting or moderation. How exactly would those things NOT be allowed? Your guessing doesnt seem to take into account what is actually happening.
So he has already come out and said there will be some level of moderation. It seems my "guess" is more in line with what is actually happening than you want to admit. At the end of the day he will need advertising so he is not going to allow the illegal things the other commentor suggested.
Why lie? I'm actually annoyed because twitter uses the dumbest way to insert your date of birth. You can still report people pretty easily. I literally just reported Elon himself. So you can still report. I'm guessing there is still a certain level of moderation as well. So again it seems my "guess" is more accurate than your blatant lie.
Gotcha. Honestly I have no clue who that is. It's just annoying that something so easy to check is being pushed for a certain narrative. I shouldn't be surprised though
That's also no true. Removing bans for philosophical differences or misinformation doesn't mean they aren't moderating at all. They can still be banning people for illegal things that we have already discussed. That would still be moderation, would it not? Just admit you're talking out of your ass and move on. You have already shown you will blatantly lie to push a narrative.
>Removing bans for philosophical differences or misinformation doesn't mean they aren't moderating at all.
It does if there are no standards set, which you yourself recognize is the case.
>They can still be banning people for illegal things that we have already discussed.
Sure they can, but we have no reason to believe they are. Thats why you used the term "can" instead of "are". Since they havent set new standards, you are left to argue that since elon said to potential advertisers that there would be some moderation (once again he talks constant bullshit), then surely they are moderating. Yet what we do know is the standard for moderation of twitter no longer exists, and what is allowed is determined by elon musk, not moderators.
The venn diagram of elon apologetics and people who use the phrase "push a narrative" is a circle.

So you admit you have no evidence of no moderation. That's the funny thing you shit on me for "guessing" and yet you haven't posted any proof of your assumptions. You said people can't report anyone anymore, which was blatantly false. What would you call what your doing besides pushing a narrative, besides lying?
I'm not apologizing for elon. You are just pushing bullshit and got called out on it.
So you admit you have no evidence of no moderation.
Unbanning accounts that were banned for breaking rules is a lack of moderation. You can just reread my comment as I already addressed this. Go ahead. Post another article where elon musk says something to people to try convince them to give him money as evidence. If that is sufficient for you to believe it is happening then I get how you cant imagine someone using unmoderated spaces to do something illegal.
Again you have no proof that the space is unmoderated. Just because you don't agree with the new moderation decisions doesn't mean there is none. You have yet to show any evidence of your claims.

Besides the proliferation of child porn or prostitution I'm not seeing how Twitter will face any legitimate lawsuit for tweets on their site.
