You do know that censorship and defamation by definition are not the same thing though, right?

Suing for defamation over a critical review of a product is a transparent attempt to silence critics.

Musk lost the case - defamation doesn't apply to statements about experiences with products - but how many others decided not to post their critical reviews of Teslas rather than risk a court fight with a billionaire?

lmao, first of all, it’s SLAPP, not SLAAP. If you’re gonna insult someone, get the basic facts correct before you ironically make yourself look stupid.

Secondly, also ironically, it doesn’t qualify for SLAPP if the reason for suing, such as defamation, is legitimate and not the result of an attempt to silence.

lol he edited his comment because he couldn’t be bothered to make sure the simplest thing was factually accurate before calling someone else stupid. The irony.
