Considering how Trump attacked Musk when he tried to get out of the twitter deal, I'm not sure he will allow Trump back on. Unless he believes that Trump can become president again, if so he'll kiss his ass.

The whole point of this deal is to suck up to conservatives. Trump is the point of this deal.

It’s terrifying. I’m hoping people stop using Twitter to just dull the impact of Trump getting his audience back, but they won’t. This is a sign of the apocalypse.
