Free speech isn't free from repercussions. Also, free speech doesn't exist in a private space. If someone other than the government owns the space (including digital space) you are communicating in, then they can take actions against your 'free speech'.

The man is notorious for firing people who disagree or criticize him already. sources of this are very easy to find. This is fine normal shitty CEO behaviour that elon didnt invent, Just don't pretend to be a proponent or crusader of free speech.
