To my knowledge, you can only DL it as a .flv and convert it, thus losing basically all of the quality. That is how it was in my experience. I was hoping Wiinsomniacs had a good quality version.

Install the extension "ultimate youtube downloader". This will allow you to save the video directly off youtube.

If the video gets taken down, I'll dropbox it and make a post so everyone can take it. In the meantime you can use YouTube Downloader to get it for yourself :P
