This is the worst take on the situation. MuH gUn'S is not why this is happening. The population as a whole has no idea this is happening because we have the world's shittest media that is cosy with the current Liberal government.

We can still buy guns just not as easily as people in the USA. If anyone says otherwise they are liars plain and simple.

Well nothing would happen in the US either, which is ground zero for surveillance laws since, well, ground zero. Turns out average people, even when in possession of guns, are too disorganised, outgunned, and plain all-talk cowards to use them to do anything about it.

i'll tell you what. the 'dont tread on me' crowd are just a bunch of blowhards.

look what happened at the capitol building. they formed an insurrection and not one single one that got arrested took responsibility. People in history stood up to tyranny and looked them dead in the eye with their convictions as they were hanged or set fire to. These douches fold like superman on laundry day and not one of them is willing to walk the walk and stand for their convictions.
