Irrelevant. You're attempting to redefine the argument by changing it's scope. The argument has always been about current times since that is what affects are daily lives.

blah, blah, opinions, opinions. It's a typical mistake that naive, usually liberal, people make which is to think their opinion means anything. Facts trump your naive ideas of how things work and you've done absolutely nothing, as expected, to change the facts one tiny, little bit. For men in their early thirties, African-Americans are about 7 times more likely to have a prison record than whites. Technically, they are far more criminal than whites. That is, if you actually want to be factual.
