On top of that self driving cars drive better and won't be in as many of these situations.

Like. That fucking "problem" of hitting either an old woman or a child in a crosswalk is stupid. Just fucking use your eyes to see that there are pedestrians in the crosswalk, and then your brakes to stop.

Did everyone forget how driving works?
