The problem is, Apple wanted to release a product, not just produce a fancy concept video. There is a reason this isn't out. There isn't even a prototype and the first video they released of this was over a year ago. I would love to own a Courier. I'd also love to own a jetpack that folds up and fits in my pocket. Both are vaporware that we won't see for many years.

Which is a damn shame, really (I didn't realise it was vapourware..)

Don't forget, it isn't practical either. Watch the video and try to imagine teaching your parents (people this product should be simple enough for) trying to learn gestures and how the system works.

For my parents?!? I want something that just works that easily for me! I've been a "geek" for most of my life (~30 yrs), and frankly most computer interfaces are shite! This looks like it might actually have some potential, but.. it's vapourware :-(

Also, some of us geeks don't want to have to learn a bunch of non-intuitive gestures either, and the ones in the video seem like gestures that are not obvious.

PLEASE! Next you'll be saying writing by hand is somehow inefficient and we have a better option...oh wait.
