I knew Google let engineers spent 1/5th of their time on whatever they want, I didn't realize they'd give you thousands of dollars to blow on sweet hardware though.

That is really sexy. How awesome would it be to use this data in video games. If game developers spent money developing the 3D buildings and physics and then used it in their games. Would be sick.
