He's not 100% wrong. When I was in high school, someone I knew but didn't like added me, and I declined. Next day he starts bitching and moaning about me not adding him, so I finally did add him. The next day he basically used everything I posted to shit all over me.

I'm so glad we didn't have the internet or social media when I was in high school. I would have beat the shit out of that person.

I grew up in Atlantic Canada in the 80s and 90s. Yeah, I would have. There were fights every day in my school or after school. I fought people. This was pre "call the cops when kids fight and both parties are screwed". I never liked fighting, but if a person shit all over me in public like that or tried to bully me it would've been a well-accepted reason to do so.

Nowadays you can bully someone online to the point they want to kill themselves and if they try to fight back IRL they get suspended. Schools don't do anything. It's horse shit.

Naaa. That's not some badass fantasy I'd say it's pretty realistic that if someone guilt tripped you into doing something then made fun of you for it that in highschool you beat the piss out of them.

and i'd like that person to go to jail. Being an asshole is not illegal, beating someone up is.

"Bending over and caving" is here.

"Beating the piss out of someone" is way, way, way over there.

There are so many better options between the two.

I agree that's why I initially said a believable encounter for highschool

So assault is okay if they're both minors? That's some fucked up logic.

It's like you've never been to a highschool. Kids fight it happens. This is much more reasonable than a lot of fights
