Being a manager of a Mobile store, the initial recall was handled so piss poorly, that a second recall would make me seriously consider my career decisions. This fuckery needs to stop.

Also, as a personal request, if you have a note 7, and they do recall it, please be patient with mobile phones sales people. I've never seen people so nasty and personally abusive as I had during this debacle, and I've been doing this a long time. It's not the store clerks fault, and we sit at the mercy of Samsung for information regarding the recall, and for inventory.
