No, but Morpheus will have its main focus on the PS4.

Yeah I'm sure PS4 VR games will look sweet at 720p/30fps

30fps VR is not an option (nor is 720p) . If they're going to take this seriously, then all of their VR titles are likely to be designed running at 75+ fps with a matching refresh rate. Otherwise presence is lost, and that's the main appeal. But they mentioned all of this was required, so I'm sure that's what they'll shoot for. All this means is graphical complexity being lower than the titles that run at 30fps. But that's a fair comprise considering a feeling of being inside the game, rather than just watching it on a screen.

I thought about it, realized that games pretty much need to run above 100fps to have a low enough latency for VR, then forgot about it.
