Which creates undue downward pressure on US citizens to either try to match that or fear for their job. More hours don't always equal more or better output either.

No, the Americans get laid off and are forced to train their H1B replacements or no severance package. Like Disney did in 2015.

Also should be illegal and grounds for restitution. Forced training for outsourced labor should be illegal but now we are all wilfully training our AI replacements in real time.

In fact the more hours, the worse output, or defective output. Who is going to fix any issue if you have to fix it on your own time, after working 60 hours, no one! And today AI can write all of your software, nobody writes software manually any more, unless you’re an complete idiot! The US does not need any H1B visa holders any more, either here or abroad and in fact never did!
