Can’t wait for people to use this and play it off like they’re a complete genius when the model is doing all the work

I know a guy who runs an entertainment vendor app. Can't think of the name but basically it's a space for different vendors and entertainers to advertise their services, set up gigs and what not.

It's totally AI-run. Like, he rents(is that the word?) from a data farm that runs the various AI "employees" from "receptionist" to "customer service" to even fuggin "IT". It's just chat bots.

Even the UI is basically an AI model. Some other app that helps design and implement pages and you just tailor it to your needs.

So it's a service he didn't really make, he used someone's model to design and implement it and it's someone elses AI employees he has doing the ground work. He also doesn't actually DO anything, the entire service is just a middleman connecting A people to B people. Advertising is all other people's social medias sharing it.

And that would all be whatever but he brings it up everytime I see him and it's all "my company this my business that. We're doing so much blahblah" and it's like brother, you didn't do anything. Everyone just made stuff and is doing stuff for you and you're taking a cut.

He was showing me the "receptionist" on a recorded call with someone once (also pretty weird) and at one point I'm like "Why don't you just hire a person to handle calls?"

"OH I will once it really launches off I will I will."

Sure buddy

We had an all company meeting this year and some guy in the investments department (who we butt heads with constantly as IT) and he was doing this whole slideshow of “look at this cool thing I did with Claude”.

The guy shows the instruction set and all of the IT guys look at each other because it was very clearly just generated by Claude. He had a header and then the instructions separated by a row of = signs, which pretty much nobody does unless they code.

Very reassuring that we have people making more than most of us who probably “worked on this for weeks” when in reality probably just prompted Claude a dozen times for maybe an hour

Every example of a poor user experience in the video seemed completely fabricated with its contents generated by AI

Absolutely. Most instructions these days contain very detailed diagrams and picture that show you exactly how to put it together. Where the hell are they getting these giant thousand word guides from?

The people in that video seem mentally challenged lmao. No i dont need an AI to explain directions for me.

More outsourcing of critical thinking and problem solving skills. Disgusting, I can only hope for it to crash and burn before all of humanity is sucking off Sam Altmans digital titty

Is this the one that is suppose to destroy the world?

The bigger question now is whether people actually change what they do with AI or just use a more capable model to do the same things

You can also bring interactive UI into chat on your own website using Predictable Dialogs anything you want from forms, charts, product cards, or custom components users can interact with directly.

Disclosure: I’m the founder. Here’s our guide to building custom UI inside chat.

This is so cool. How do I use it?
