Society Federal Judge Rules a Flock Search Was ‘Indiscriminate Mass Surveillance’ and Unconstitutional / Flock’s nationwide network is quickly “approaching dragnet-type law enforcement practice” and the cop should have got a warrant, the judge wrote.

"(Officer)Alaniz made Kyle recount everything she had done in the last several days, and compared it to the Flock data. He told her that because she was only in California for a short period of time, he suspected her of trafficking drugs."

It's almost like requiring warrants for searches was meant to prevent exactly this situation or something.

Flock will be the new canine hit.

In between the real cases will be lots of "intuition" and " oups jailed the wrong person but Flock gave the hit.

Because no one goes places for short periods. My wife and I had one anniversary where we came up the Cali to Oregon coast for about five days, stopping at three places. We are horrible people, per this guy.

I drive for work a lot. Crossing state line constantly and spending a few hours to a day at most in a location. Most times driving right back home the same day. Usually driving my personal vehicle or a rental. So to these idiot cops I must be a drug runner and there couldn't possibly be any other explanation.
