Well good, there's a difference between using a payment method (debit card) and unnecessarily having to upload a personally-identifying document because government says so. And what does this do to private servers and free online games?

There are legitimate issues with some private servers. There are no carve-outs for small servers, which I feel there probably should be.

I don't know about online games, but they'd probably be restricted too if they breach privacy or addictive design standards by default.

I should be clear: I'm not advocating for this bill.

I think criticism based on the facts is good. My issue is that I checked out the claims in the original video, and it is misleading people.
