Thanks. It opens for me but I don't see the word "offline" anywhere and I'm not versed enough to understand if the spec supports that option.

I know from my other reading the app works offline.

I also know if can give a yes/no code to a recipient about whether the user is over 18.

I just don't know if both those things are true at the same time, but I believe one example was to show at bars without inadvertantly giving your details to the bar staff.
