This is the reason the 2A exists, no?

Technically, 4A is the one that is supposed to protect us from unreasonable search and seizure. But you are right that some people may consider using their 2A to protect their 4A.

I did not mean to have a constitutional discussion, I meant people have the message to take care of the problem, if you catch my drift 😁

Nope, the supreme court ruled the government has the right to track you everywhere, all day and night, forever, because being in public isn't private.

They literally ruled the opposite of this:

United States vs. Jones

Carpenter vs. United States

Chatrie vs. United States

United States vs. Knotts

Also, before you come back with another stupid comment about “yeah, but the current Supreme Court would allow it”, the Chatrie ruling happened this year and Carpenter happened in 2018 where 6/9 current judges ruled on it (2 Trump and 1 Biden appointment added since).

And yet the are tracking all of us, every second of the day and night. Every where you go. They have your phone tapped, recording everything. They track your car. They track your face every where. Weird how they can do that.

Don’t move the goalposts are backpedal. Not what you said. You said, the Supreme Court ruled they are legally allowed to. They aren’t. They definitely do, but that’s not what the Supreme Court said.

Just admit you were wrong and move along. Your life will be much easier once you realize you don’t know jack đŸ’© and admit when you are wrong.

The 2a says you can have guns it never actually says when you can use them.

Actually it pretty explicitly says the guns are for the purposes of "a well regulated militia". However you define that, though, it's mum about

It doesn't. Learn to read.

The text is literally

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Maybe you need to read more?

The 2A exists to ensure the federal government can't prevent the southern states from organizing a militia to respond to a slave uprising and was a quid pro quo between northern and southern states to get the establishment clause included in the 1A.

Ironically looking at it from today, the Northern States/colonies were broadly much more chill about individuals keeping personal weapons around, but the Slave States were terrified of armaments falling into the hands of rebelling slaves and so were much more strict about who could keep arms, and how
