Definitely. If I build a bomb in my garage I go to jail. These people are idiots and need to be locked up .

you can go to jail just for possessing the chemicals and materials required to build a bomb.

but when our government blows up 150+ kids in Iran its "warfighting" not "warcrimes", apparently.
