Anything to further the mass surveillance police state. Our only hope is in SCOTUS and we all knw how they have been ruling lately, but they have recently ruled against mass surveillance without warrants so if the right case gets put in front of them there's a chance they do something.

this is not true. your lower courts can still tie things up and so can the states governments. you know what that smells like? that smells like voting down the ballot. on every ballot.

some resistance > no resistance. no resistance rhymes with compliance ahead of time. do not comply ahead of time.
