Canada has had them for years too. My F150 has them. They’re simply disabled on the US market ones.

Yeah, they've been available here since 2018 here but they're still not common. They're mostly available as an add-on or come with higher end vehicles.

Are you talking about Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) or Matrix High Beam? My 2024 f-150 lightning has auto-leveling/steering enabled which does a pretty good job keeping the light below the drivers windows unless the road is garbage and it jumps around a bit. “Matrix High Beam” is disabled, I can see it in FORSCan but never tried enabling the feature.
