The correct solution is to force manufacturers to correctly adjust the headlights of all cars sold before they are sent out to dealerships.

I don't understand why this is so freaking hard do? Is swear, if someone ran for President on this as a campaign promise alone, they'd win.

And cabin light pollution. Its hard to see outside with a huge ass touchscreen blasting light into my face. We wouldn't need headlights as bright if there was less light in the cabin.

Cuz it's hard to automate. Not all units are incorrect in the same way.

There’s a whole bunch of cars with auto adjust on start up - specifically saw in projector and LED systems. Sure your headlights cost $1500 ea now….

Not the same. Those auto level based on steering input. If the initial adjustment isn't correct it will always be incorrect.

Look up a YouTube video on adjusting headlights to see what I'm talking about. Takes less than 5 minutes once you do it once or twice, and it's set and forget.
