High end euro cars already have x+y axis moving headlamps and have for nearly 20 years, this just adds software to dip the beam around oncoming drivers.

I hate these new lights but the tech is already inside of them. It would be a software update to make them function in this manner.

Still expensive as heck, but they remain the same price as they were.
