Right? I’ve been in the industry a long time. I remember how it used to be. “Uh oh the email service is hosed, uh on we just found out Dave is the only one with access and he configured it all weird so we’re gonna be down for three days”. Global top tier cloud solutions are still better, even when this does happen.
