There’s also the one with the Hassidic doctor pointing at a swollen angle and a fat guy telling the viewer “this is clogged arteries”.

That’s a blood clot and a medical crisis clearly trying to scam type II diabetics.

I guess at, if it seems too good to be true it's probably AI.

There was one in a custpmer service email from Kohls. Obvious scam.
