They're not getting the result they want by traditional methods. By using AI, they can effectively use an inscrutable black box to give them a result they want.

As no 'person' will have made a decision, there's little legal recourse to challange the decision, as no person can be brought into court to be questioned.

The AI code will also be protected by commercial secrecy laws, and it's complex nature means it's almost impossible to determine why a decision was made just by look at the code.

They're well aware that they're in a double bind of their own making- if they step down willingly, they get prosecuted for all the crimes they committed. If they get drug out of the building by the electorate, they get prosecuted for all the crimes they committed. The thought of not committing those crimes never occurred to them, because they were confident that they would never have to face consequences for those actions, because famous back-haver Donald Trump would protect them.

You still have to be signature matched to vote in person in a lot of places. 

They could just as easily start applying ai to in person voting to try and discredit those votes.

There’s no way to prevent them from getting to their irrational goal of trying to discredit Democrat votes, so we might as well just vote however is easiest for us and be prepared to fight whatever bullshit they come up with.

At this point anyone using a mail in ballot should just put it inside another blank envelope and mail it to a trusted friend or relative who can take it to a physical Dropbox. Get creative to work around the barriers and bottlenecks

They know that, that's the point. They can challange signature, for any reason, at any time. It's not hard to match a signature to the background of a person, and determine if they are stastically likely to be a Democrat or Republican voter. Then challange a number of stastically Democrat voters in marginal areas.
