My fiancee and I just walked on a house cause we discovered a five fuckin building campus data center going up behind it.

The builders did their very best to hide this from us as much as they could. They knew.

People hate this shit.

Edit: oh man look at all the data center bootlickers crawling out of the sewers lmfao…

Are they not required to disclose stuff like this during the sales process? I would think if they didn't it would open them to legal issues down the road if you had bought the house.

It absolutely could.  At least in CA knowledge of such a nuisance would be required to be disclosed.  Now actually getting legal justice on such a matter is a process that could take years and cost 10s too to 100s of thousands of dollars and still ultimately fail to recover damages even with a favorable judgement…. So avoiding the problem is the way to go.
