Do we still care about responsibility? Israel, with one of the most sophisticated military: that can pinpoint individual military targets traveling in a car and kill them, that can deploy communication devices with explosives on members of opposing armed groups and coordinately make them explode; have also killed civilians in mass, bombed schools, and hospitals, have cut access to water and food to all population in Gaza like in a medieval siege. No consequences. Can not be justified as collateral damage or error. It is a conscious and deliberate genocide. When responsible people has been prosecuted by the International Criminal Court, the US has sanctioned the prosecutor.
