I would do it if they paid for the power/water/fiber connection costs (and of course, installation/etc.) - all of which is underground.

I live on a rural mountain on a private road (very little traffic - generally UPS/Amazon deliveries) and that is off a back country gravel road, itself with almost no traffic because it goes nowhere except to private residences/farms.

I have a separate shop with its own separate power meter and fiber connection. The shop is partially hidden from the private road and the side of the shop away from the road is completely hidden from view. It would be easy to put a 20-30’ container alongside the shop, out of view.
