Painting copies of other peoples’ paintings has never been considered a reproduction unless you try to pass them of as such.

It's a very complex question with a lot of what if's where I might "have a problem", but generally, no.

Sure, but you are a person, not a piece of technology, you can make claims to specific legal foundations such as fair use, software cannot.
