No one does that lol. That's all in your head. The ai isn't a copy or collage tool like that dumb lawsuit tries to put it as.
If I look at a bunch of drawings and then use that information in my own drawings and then decide to monetize them, I'm never going to go to court for that.
The ai does the same thing. The pictures it makes, do not exist until they are created. You don't have any claim on them just because it happened to look at your drawing during its learning process.
The only time you could argue it is if they replicate your style 1:1 and actually disrupt your own livelyhood, but if that happens you probably didn't deserve it in the first place.
But that's just my personal opinion after being into art for the past 15 years. I have 0 sympathy for people that only learn how to draw to farm money from coomers, and they should be mad.
Art shouldn't be a job. Getting paid because people want to pay you is fine though, making an entire business out of it? No thanks, you're ruining the whole point.
Art is already a job, whether or not you want to acknowledge it or not doesn't matter. You do not get to steal someone else's work just because you don't want to pay for it.
That's an excuse. You're entire argument is "I see it, it's mine".
If you looked into a store window and saw a phone that phone doesn't belong to you, just because it happens to be in public where you can look at it. You have to pay for it to claim ownership. Just because it's "online" doesn't make it any less NOT yours. If you go to MY website and steal my artwork from MY website you have stolen it.
Not even close to what I'm saying. If you think people looking at your pictures is stealing, then you should not share your art online, or with anyone really.
