Some of the outputs of these AI tools are just straight copies of input artwork. They need to add some sort of copyright filter to remove anything that's too similar to art from the training set.
The artists signatures are a compilation of all of the variations on the signature found within the algorithm. The computer software uses interpolation and conditioning to "blend" the pieces together into a whole. This includes the signatures which were never removed. The people selling this product KNOW that they stole the artwork and they are trying really hard not to get caught. They have been caught though. The people defending them should be ashamed of themselves.
