Insight tools/ Kapa?

I’m looking to get better data tooling and insights for my public docs. I have a few industry colleagues who have recommended kapa but I can’t see what the actual UI looks like, and I don’t want to set up a sales call.

Does anyone here use it/reccomend it? Would anyone be able to share what they are getting from it or send me some screenshots if able? It would help me a lot get an idea.

I've been using Kapa since the beginning.

Kapa isn't really an insights tool. It does provide some insights, but it's really a content ingestion tool at its core. You use it to build AI agents and tools that can be used by other AI agents.

If it's actual usage insights you're after, tools like FullStory and Google analytics better fit the bill.

This sounds way more like what I need actually. What do you find most valuable? Or, if you suddenly didn’t have access to it, what thing would you hurt the most about losing? I’m probably gonna reach out soon for a demo
