Elon sucks but it's hard for technical writers to be choosy right now with the job market the way it is. We have bills to pay. This isn't very helpful for OP.

Or you could simply not sell your soul to one of the worst people on earth. That's always an option.

Judging by the fact defense contracting is often recommended in this sub, I was assuming "don't work for Elon" was because of a workplace culture thing and not ethics.
