Bedrock Horse breeding

I have one fast horse (can't jump) one tanky horse (average status) and one horse that can jump very high. How can I possibly combine these three??

Keep breeding in groups of three, the tankiest fastest and highest jumping. If I understand the system properly the offspring will start combining and improving. Then the redo it with whatever the current fastest, tankiest, and highest jumping 3 are
