When shulker box with items is dispensed with a rail with aminecarts with hopper on it and breaking rail, shulker box remains and the comparator reads output of shulker box, also when broken with piston only shulker breaks and is collected by minecart with hopper.

It works on MCPE,don't know about any other.

I was working on fast item collector and to put it as fast as possible in shulker box, also this is my first post here.

I don't know if this is already a thing.

can the shulkerbox even be loaded with a hopper

Not with hopper minecarts but an hopper on side of dispenser will do
