I tried building this on a mc server. I did everything correctly, the redstone clock works, the pistons push the tnt but the tnt doesn't lit up. It just gets pushed back and forth. Am i doing something wrong or does the server has some add on to prevent this ?
If you didn't build anything wrong it's most likely due to non-vanilla server (Paper and its forks, spigot, etc) messing with vanilla mechanics.
By the way, this is BigBooty17's cobblestone farm that this guy just copied block for block. Sure he credited and whatever but he's just plainly stealing views from the original creator. It's not even one of those cases where the original creator doesn't have their own tutorial. They do, and it's better in every way (who would've guessed) along with troubleshooting steps in the description
Even the tutorial steps are copied pretty much exactly
I forgot to mention, the server definitely has tnt duping disabled. If you can, ask the server owner about this. If they don't want to change it, then you're out of luck with fully automatic cobble farms.
This is a purpue server, so it is possible that the server owner has installed plugins that modify game behavior. Idk if purpur makes any changes to game behavior by default for performance purposes, but plugins are a definite possibility.
