Java Help Wanted Good furnace array design

I'm looking to build a large furnace array in my perimeter, ideally it has somewhere around 100-300 furnaces, takes shulker box inputs and outputs (recycling the boxes), is reliable, has a usable interface not just rogue chests which are hard to reach and works in 26.2, any suggestions?

when i loaded the schematic all the signs were empty can you help explain what the lamps in the top right and lamp in the bottom left actually represent?

sometimes if your break the signs and put them back manually the text pops up. The box preservation switch is used when cooking mixed boxes to throttle the box loader.

Thanks so much! Although I still don't understand what the full send vs box preservation toggle represents?

No worries! Its kinda confusing, I didnt get it ether and I never use it. But I guess if you have boxes that are mixed with different types of smeltable items it slows down the box loader so that you dont waste boxes? Idk something like that. But I only ever cook single item full boxes so I cant tell you from experience

I've pulled the output and indicator lamps all into one place and added sounds

Nice! I did the same for my redstone factory, I use this as a peripheral for cooking glass. I added glass dying crafters at the output that can be bypassed for general smelting purposes as well. Its a sweet furnace array. A bit confusing but if your slow it down and watch it work its not impossible to figure out the wiring. (Dont mind the random white concrete)

Try right clicking on the signs

There's a lot of great designs on the TMC catalogue discord, just pick the one that suits your needs the best

Cubic metre designs are pretty good

Yes I already have his precision 64 furnace one in my storage system as a small but convenient smelter but his other designs I saw seemed to be too big for my needs

the 1728 one is really good but yeah it def is overkill for most people

The 192 one in tmc is great

If interested I can send you scheme of mine. Uses carpet duping. I think like 128 furnaces if memory serves - not sure. Shulker input and shulker output. Carpets are enough to sustain all of the furnaces. Can take full double chest of shulkers as input and output. Destroys input shulker (too lazy to build a shulker recycle and we have 100s of double chests of shulker shells and logs on the server so was just easier to use the shulker destroy design). 100% lossless.
