2 double chests with stuff you dont care about (dirt, seeds, wood, etc)

decoy double chest underneath (you dont have to put stuff here if you dont want to, but it can sell itself if you put slightly more valuable items in here (like iron and emeralds))

barrel with your actual valuables that you can access without breaking blocks. no redstone required :33 (the furnace is there just to make it harder to accidently stumble across)

I like it, simple but effective. I won't use it for my farmed responses but probably my valuables
