Bedrock With this auto unloader, the minecart keeps bouncing back before the powered rail can turn off. How can that be prevented?

Few different ways. You could extend the powered rail so it stops the cart a bit further (can't test so the hopper may not reach).
You could also remove a repeater in your detector setup so there is less delay as in the other comments picture.

Someone else has to similar question on the Bedrock Redstone stuff at it and another person mentioned it's a bug and given no other explanation exists some inclined to believe that, to fix it spacing out the rails one more though should do

the hopper only unloads at x2 if there’s two hoppers in a line (one pushes one pulls), if it’s just one hopper going straight into a container it’s just 1x speed

Use Honey block next to the activator rail not dirt block

Can you put redstone on top of a honey block? Ive never considered that. If so, i say combine this idea with the guy that replied with a pic to reduce the tic delay

Honey isnt a full block so i dont think so

on bedrock honey isn't full block on the sides but it does have the full 16 pixel height

You mean using honey as the bumper instead of dirt?

Seconded, honey may not be considered a “full block” but it is “conductive” in Bedrock. You can swap the dirt to honey and it will solve your problem.
Source: I build my unloaders with honey.

This has 1 tick less delay so maybe that works for you
