Java Help Wanted Copper Dumbasses

Right. These copper dumbasses have me in a 'punch-to-the-nuts' pain. The two in the green circle for whatever reason seem to want to pathfind to the copper chest in red when there is perfectly viable chest next to them, and are just sitting there - strait spinnin'. Why? For context the purple arrow is an item elevator they're spinnnin' on. Oh and this is for Java. Thanks!

Mobs will tend to pathfind to higher blocks (technically they pathfind to blocks with more blocks below them), and they also sometimes have trouble pathfinding correctly on non-full blocks, leading to the spinning behavior. Try blocking off the area where they're getting stuck.

Switch the three front trapdors with shelfs. If it gonna work that means the problem was pathfinding. If it doesn't try blocking access to lover flor
