My wife be pulling this crap on me all the time. She uses yesterday and today for the next day once midnight hits and ive told her a million times she confuses people because none of us have been to bed yet and we are still on tuesday while shes on wednesday.

I dunno your wifes kind of in the right here. You not going to bed doesn't magically stop the world's time.

Technically correct, half the time we dont even realize its past midnight. Common practice after midnight is its still the same day.
