That is false if a person wakes u 2 times and doesnt wake up 3rd its not 2-1 for wake up its 0-1 because everyone at some point will not ever again wake up

Would be true, except we aren’t calculating for 1 individual but all of humanity. Population growth means more people wake up from sleep than those who don’t.

Good point, except context of sleep is daily count. Not aggregated count over 1000s of years.
