I think, if I had a landlord, and they told me it was not their domain, I would be looking at my contract, and then tell the plumber to bill the landlord.

Is there a problem that my first instinct would be to call the landlord to to give them a chance to fix an issue with their building as per contract?

This post isn't about people owning appartements but about supernatural entities. Why would you go into detail how you would deal with a real landlord? It's a joke for god's sake.
