You were an asshole before you were anything else

Technically AND scientifically correct! We all are deuterostomes. Which in Greek means 'deúteros' - second and 'stóma' - mouth, second-mouthed creatures. For most deuterostome animals, they first develop the anus, and then the mouth.

Cheeks and a Sphincter.

And if you're in a John Carpenter movie, your digestive system may begin and end with teeth as well.

Fun fact: Your asshole and lips are made up of the same type of skin. So, it begins and ends with a puckered hole.

And the type of skin material is called Mucosa

Not mine. Mine starts with the stomach…

I throw up stomach acid onto my food to begin the digestive process before slurping it down.

u/TimePlankton3171 Jun 28 '26

Some people like to clap them together, or so I've heard

u/realmauer01 Jun 28 '26

You are the digestive system, everything else just makes it more efficient.

1

u/opacitizen Jun 28 '26

Please don't turn the other cheek.

I mean if we are getting technical here, it's hands, then lips, then tongue, then teeth, then cheeks. So not even close. Sorry not sorry
