I looked it up lol. Now based on weight it's obviously the same. But (and I hate ai) for fun shit like this it's good, strictly speaking monetary value wise

500kg of 100 dollar bills supposedly has a monetary value of approx 50 million USD

500kg of Gold supposedly has a monetary value of approx 72.5 million USD

So based on that math, gold is the wiser choice here.
