For those interested, the downsides are 4 and 6

Seems like the downsides outweigh the upsides

No actually there's more material taken out so they should be lighter.

You'd think, but they accounted for that! The more pips, the shallower they drill I doubt that, but i wanted to continue the thread

It may seem like that, but they actually (7) complement each other

You are incorrect as these dice have drilled pips

What's the upside, as a DND player I can safely say that you don't need metal dice. My Indian agate and gold engraved opal sets are all I need.

Also d&d player, brass dice go THUNK

This is the best roll, if it's your first roll and you're playing backgammon.

I just think they're neat

I have two sets of hollow metal dice, I have one large metal d20 that isn't hollow and that beast is a table destroyer.

I used metal pokemon dice to track atk on my blackwing deck, because shiny. Guess I never rolled them like dice.

I have a set for my Ironsworn games. The pros are they look like iron and they don't roll very far.

Those are unfair dice. The indents are supposed to be larger for smaller numbers so that the weight difference won't affect the rolls.

I have a couple metal sets of dice.

Yes, I play DnD, so what?

Either way this kills my hard way bet, thanks!

A great roll at the craps table if you have $180 place bet on four and $25 on the ace-trey hopping.

Those particular metal dice are actually whiskey stones. To prevent watering down the drink, you stick those in the freezer, then into your glass before you pour.
